Dana Bergman already had a successful construction company when he decided that the one thing the Honolulu food scene needed was a place to taste fresh olive oil and vinegar. Within months from the conception of his incredible idea, IOO was open for business in a small space at Ward Center, previously a part of Paul Brown Salon and Day Spa.
Today, Dana has two stores open (the second, in Royal Hawaiian Center opened in November 2013) and has plans to continue his strong growth.
“It’s not just about commercial real estate with MoJo,” says Dana. “Jo is like a member of our team. And she’s always there to help.”
