You’ll find Jo at the free MoJo restaurant clinic at Chef Zone, every Wednesday morning from 6:30 am until 9:00 am (and later, if required, by appointment).

The MoJo clinic has been in place since Chef Zone’s opening in 2015 and is a service provided to all Chef Zone customers, addressing questions on almost any aspect of the food industry.

For more than a decade, the MoJo clinic has provided solutions to hundreds of chefs and restaurant owners, from everything to the day to day issues of running a restaurant, to help finding staff, brainstorming and help with decision making when clients need it most.
